Alfred Beam Excavating Limited is working hard on safety and being COR certified in 2023. The Company’s Ownership, Management and Employees are committed to a disease and injury free work environment. To achieve this goal the Company has taken many proactive steps such as the following:

➢ Comprehensive annual revision of the Company Health and Safety Policy Manual

➢ Monthly inspections of all job sites by a well-qualified third-party inspector.

➢ Participation in the WSIB’s Safety Group Program and annual audits.

➢ Ongoing training for employees.

➢ Well defined disciplinary policy.

➢ Consultant on retainer to advise on project-specific hazards.

The benefit to Clients goes beyond simply receiving WSIB clearance forms but rather confirms that a competent and professional workforce is being employed on one’s site and that hazards have been properly mitigated. This primarily ensures that all workers are safe and that no working days will be lost due to safety-related issues.
